New guide for going out and about in Letchworth
A new community directory has been launched for people to find out about community events in Letchworth.
‘Out & About in Letchworth Garden City’ features over 100 things to see and try from entertainment events to ideas for family days out and outdoor pursuits.
It has been created by Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and lists more than 80 clubs and groups.
Heather McLaughlin, local and tourist information centre manager, said: “This directory is a great resource for those looking for a fresh challenge, want to learn a new skill or simply want to meet other people. It’s an easy-to-read, pocket size guide packed with things to do.”
The Out & About in Letchworth Garden City directory is available from the Local and Tourist Information Centre, 33-35 Station Road, Letchworth or it can be downloaded from the Heritage Foundation’s website.
